100% Competition

This division is called 100 % Competition or also "Turko Adi Surf Competition" and is where specialized trainings for surfers pro are carried out. Tactics and strategies are the main things that it works on each athlete. Muscular preparation, stretching, competition simulations, yoga, language and nutrition are, among other things, the activities that carried out trainings.
